You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You may not use QSOPilot to interfere with the service, bypass technical protections, reverse engineer protected components except where law clearly allows it, or use the product in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way.
QSOPilot is an evolving product. Features, pricing, activation rules, system requirements, and service availability may change over time. We may add, change, pause, or remove features as the product develops.
We will try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay future fees when billing exists, or use QSOPilot in a way that harms the product or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSOPilot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the product.
Our total liability for any claim relating to QSOPilot will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
Effective date: March 12, 2026. These terms are a strong starter pass and should be reviewed by counsel before broader commercial rollout.
