Starter refund policy
QSOPilot is desktop software. If paid billing is enabled and you run into a legitimate purchase problem, contact support@qsopilot.com and we will review the issue promptly and fairly.
For new purchases, the default starter policy is that refund requests made within 14 days of the original purchase will be considered for issues such as accidental duplicate charges, activation problems we cannot resolve, or software that materially fails to work as described on a supported setup.
