The basic terms for using QSOPilot as licensed desktop software with account-based access and future device activation.
When QSOPilot is sold or otherwise made available under a paid or trial plan, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for your own lawful use under the plan you selected.
QSOPilot is being built with account-based licensing and device activation in mind. License access may be tied to your account, your active plan, and a limited number of authorized devices. Activation, deactivation, and device limit rules may change as commercial licensing rolls out.
The software is licensed, not sold. QSOPilot and its related branding, code, content, and service materials remain our property or the property of our licensors.
Your license may end if your plan expires, your account is terminated, payments fail once billing exists, or you violate the terms or license rules. When that happens, you must stop using the software and remove unauthorized copies.
Effective date: March 12, 2026. This is starter business-ready copy for launch prep and should be tightened with final commercial terms later.
