What we collect

QSOPilot is a desktop software product with account-based access. When you create an account or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and basic account metadata needed to keep the service working.

If you contact support, we also collect the information you send us, such as your email address, message contents, screenshots, and troubleshooting details.

How we use it

We use this information to provide account access, support the desktop product, maintain security, respond to support requests, and prepare for future billing and license management features.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to run the service. That currently includes Supabase for authentication, account data, and related backend infrastructure, plus hosting providers needed to run the website and app services.

If billing is enabled in the future, payment processing and related billing data will be handled by Stripe or a similar payment processor. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us any time at support@qsopilot.com to ask about your account information, request corrections, or request account deletion where applicable. We may retain limited records when needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business operations.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product matures, especially when billing, licensing, or desktop activation features expand. When we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date.
